0.1-10ul volume Plastic Pipettes into 1-2mm under the surface
2-200ul volume Pipettes into the liquid under the 2-3mm
1-5ml volume pipette into the liquid under the 3-6mm
Note: In order to measure accurately the nozzle can be pre-washed three times, that is repeated suction of liquid 3 times.
4, the control knob slowly slide back;
5, pipette out of the liquid in front of a little wait 1-3 seconds;
1000ul the following pause one second
5-10ml pause 2-3 seconds.
6, slowly remove the nozzle, the nozzle wall to ensure no liquid. Drainage operation:
